In 1988, a young entrepreneur named Ron Delgado was working late into the evening â€“ trying to find a better way to polish products for his family "job shop" business. At the time, most machines only polished along flat surfaces. But when Ron had the idea for a multi-axis machine â€“ which could polish better and faster than anything he had used before - he was determined to make it a reality. What began as a mission to perfect the art of polishing soon grew into a full-fledged quest to develop industry-changing design and manufacturing solutions. And, in 1991 â€“ as the demand for high quality aftermarket air induction products began to reach scale â€“ Ron knew he had found an opportunity to make his mark on an industry he loved. Returns Policy

Racewerks is committed to customer satisfaction and will happily accept returns or exchanges on any brand new merchandise, including its packaging, within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note, a restocking fee of 20% or more is deducted from the price of the returned merchandise, and shipping costs and sales tax on the restocking fee are not refundable.

Shipping

Once your goods have been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order. However, you can request a return once you receive the order. Racewerks is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen once the carrier confirms delivery.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, you must notify us within 48 hours. We will file a claim to locate your package, but we do not guarantee refunds or reshipments if the package is not recovered.

Cancellation

Once you complete your order, it cannot be cancelled or altered unless the item is out of stock. Our warehouses strive to process orders swiftly, sometimes even outside of customer service hours. Therefore, a cancellation fee of up to 5% may be applicable.

Please note that merchandise categorized as Special Order and Built to Order are final sales and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
