Duration of Free Shipping

Orders that are eligible for free shipping are dispatched using the most cost-effective method. Most items will reach you within 7 business days. However, depending on your location, the source of the goods, and possible warehouse transfers, it may take slightly longer.

About Economy and Ground Shipping

Please note that the shipping times mentioned on our website are only estimates. Some goods may take longer to arrive. The delivery dates for both services are not guaranteed by the carriers. Consequently, we are unable to offer refunds if the shipping time exceeds the estimated time.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

Additional charges apply for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. For a detailed shipping quote, add your desired items to the basket and click the "Get Quote" link.

Shipping Schedule of Your Order

We dispatch orders every business day, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed for in-stock items before 2PM MST are usually dispatched on the same day. If your order includes items that are out of stock, we ship them as soon as they are available.

Order Shipping Destination

We ship to all physical addresses within the United States. Please note, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Also, certain items cannot be shipped or sold to California due to CARB Compliance. If such an order is cancelled, a minimum processing fee of 5% will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Multiple Items

If your order includes multiple items, please note that these may be shipped separately and at different times. However, we do our best to combine shipments to minimize the overall shipping cost.

Order Tracking

We will provide a tracking number or an estimated shipping date within 1-2 business days of your purchase. This information will be emailed to you, and you can also check the status of your order at any time on our website.

Shipping and Cancellation Policies

Shipping Policy

Once your goods have been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order. However, you can request a return once you receive the order. Racewerks is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen once the carrier confirms delivery. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, you must notify us within 48 hours. We will file a claim to locate your package, but we do not guarantee refunds or reshipments if the package is not recovered.

Cancellation Policy

Once you complete your order, it cannot be cancelled or altered unless the item is out of stock. Our warehouses strive to process orders swiftly, sometimes even outside of customer service hours. Therefore, a cancellation fee of up to 5% may be applicable.

Please note that merchandise categorized as Special Order and Built to Order are final sales and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
