Racewerks is committed to customer satisfaction and will happily accept returns or exchanges on any brand new merchandise, including its packaging, within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note, a restocking fee of 20% or more is deducted from the price of the returned merchandise, and shipping costs and sales tax on the restocking fee are not refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Any merchandise that has been attempted to be installed. Once installation is attempted, the manufacturer's warranty applies.
  • Items with a cut security seal or merchandise that has been removed from sealed packaging.
  • Goods marked as Special Order or Built to Order.
  • Products bought as part of a kit or combo can only be returned if the entire kit or combo is returned together. Individual items from a kit or combo cannot be returned separately.
  • Electronics (including Tuning Devices), Engine Internals, Transmission Internals, Turbo or Supercharger Kits, Turbochargers, Superchargers, Body Kits, Seibon Body Parts, Gift cards, and any other electronic documents.
  • Open-Box, Clearance or Overstock merchandise.

Warranty Policy

All merchandise is covered solely by the manufacturer's warranty.

Right of Refusal

Racewerks reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or warranty claim if we believe that the merchandise has been used, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly by the customer. Non-returnable merchandise received will be returned at your expense or disposed of.

If you wish to return or exchange merchandise, please email the following information to returns@racewerks.com

  • Order number
  • The merchandise you wish to return
  • The reason for return
  • Photos of your unopened, brand new product and manufacturer box(s). Do not break any security seals if present.

Received Damaged Merchandise

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please email the following information to service@racewerks.com

  • Order Number
  • First and Last Name
  • Photos showing the damage to the merchandise and shipping box

Received Incorrect Merchandise

In rare instances, you may receive merchandise that differs from the product image on our website. These images may be for reference only, and may not indicate an error.

If you received the incorrect merchandise, we will provide you with a free return label. Upon receipt and verification of the returned merchandise, we will ship a replacement.

If you believe you've received incorrect merchandise, please email the following information to service@racewerks.com:

  • First and Last Name
  • Photos showing the incorrect merchandise and the part number of the merchandise box
  • Reason for believing the merchandise is incorrect

Cancellation Policy

Once you complete your order, it cannot be cancelled or altered unless the item is out of stock. Our warehouses work quickly to process orders, often outside of customer service hours. Therefore, a cancellation fee of up to 5% may apply.

Please note, merchandise categorized as Special Order and Built to Order is considered final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
