Description

Introducing the first AWE Exhaust for the VW GTI to feature patented drone-canceling 180 TechnologyÂ®. A bespoke straight-through mid-pipe resonator was designed specifically for the Mk8 to enable a deep, hearty tone both down low and up high no matter the transmission or where you decide to shift in the rev range. In the center resides AWEâ€™s patented 180 TechnologyÂ® resonator -- responsible for maintaining straight-through performance while decimating drone-prone frequencies. Thanks to the design and construction of 180 TechnologyÂ® resonators, the internals will not break down and degrade over time causing tone change. Just full-bodied, drone free rumble for life from the point of installation. And if you're ever planning on running an aftermarket downpipe, AWE made it easy to convert by including an adaptor that necks down to the factory downpipe, but is easily removable if you ever want to run something bigger up front... Future proofed. The Touring Edition for the MK8 GTI provides the best ratio of interior refinement and exterior rumble on the market (and yes, you can still hear the noises produced from Sport mode). When it comes to tips, the Touring Edition finishes off with 5â€ slash cut tips, featuring the AWE logo, so they know what team you're on. All tips are individually adjustable, allowing depth into the bumper to be set according to personal taste. They're also double walled to ensure a mirror finish - even under hard usage. All this plus 50 state emissions compliance, AWEâ€™s Fitment Guarantee, No Check Engine Light Guarantee, and the AWE Lifetime Warranty. Since 1991, AWE has been in the GTI market - this MK8 is the result of three decades of performance engineering. There is no other option.

Returns Policy

Racewerks is committed to customer satisfaction and will happily accept returns or exchanges on any brand new merchandise, including its packaging, within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note, a restocking fee of 20% or more is deducted from the price of the returned merchandise, and shipping costs and sales tax on the restocking fee are not refundable.

Shipping

Once your goods have been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order. However, you can request a return once you receive the order. Racewerks is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen once the carrier confirms delivery.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, you must notify us within 48 hours. We will file a claim to locate your package, but we do not guarantee refunds or reshipments if the package is not recovered.

Cancellation

Once you complete your order, it cannot be cancelled or altered unless the item is out of stock. Our warehouses strive to process orders swiftly, sometimes even outside of customer service hours. Therefore, a cancellation fee of up to 5% may be applicable.

Please note that merchandise categorized as Special Order and Built to Order are final sales and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
