We are emotionally invested in our products, our company, and our reputation. When third party manufacturers build products, that level of commitment is lost. BACKRACK(TM) products are available wherever truck accessories are sold across North America. With warehouse locations in Ontario, New York, and California, our product is never far from where you need it. Our extensive network of Distributors and Dealers ensure that BACKRACK(TM) products are available for installation on your truck immediately or, within a few days. Be sure to ask for BACKRACK(TM) products by name and please, don't be fooled by cheap imitations. Only BACKRACK(TM) products have the BACKRACK(TM) trademark on the product.

Returns Policy

Racewerks is committed to customer satisfaction and will happily accept returns or exchanges on any brand new merchandise, including its packaging, within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note, a restocking fee of 20% or more is deducted from the price of the returned merchandise, and shipping costs and sales tax on the restocking fee are not refundable.

Shipping

Once your goods have been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order. However, you can request a return once you receive the order. Racewerks is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen once the carrier confirms delivery.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, you must notify us within 48 hours. We will file a claim to locate your package, but we do not guarantee refunds or reshipments if the package is not recovered.

Cancellation

Once you complete your order, it cannot be cancelled or altered unless the item is out of stock. Our warehouses strive to process orders swiftly, sometimes even outside of customer service hours. Therefore, a cancellation fee of up to 5% may be applicable.

Please note that merchandise categorized as Special Order and Built to Order are final sales and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
